The Animals
We are a small commercial farm producing traditional breed pork and lamb. We also grow vegetables for consumption by ourselves, family, friends & guests. We sell our pork and lamb as whole or half carcass. You can have it butchered to your requirements or left whole/half for spit roasts or home butchery. Why not come along to one of our butchery days and we will show you how to make prepare a pig for the freezer. Contact us for details.
You can now be part of our 'Know Your Pig, Know Your Pork' scheme. You can come to the farm and choose a piglet. We raise the pig for you and have it butchered, to your requirements, when it reaches slaughter weight. What better way of ensuring the good provenence of your meat. Call us for more information
